I have led sales and client success teams for over 19 years in the automotive arena including retail, media, and software solutions. Cox Automotive was my wonderful employer for 18 years of my career where I served in roles gaining in responsibility from an individual contributor to a VP of sales for Dealertrack's registration and title and F&I divisions. I, now, run sales and sales operations for TrueCar - TrueCar is a leading automotive digital marketplace that enables car buyers to connect to our network of 15,000 Certified Dealers. We are building the industry's most personalized and efficient car buying experience as we seek to bring more of the purchasing process online.
My passion lies within building culture, instilling KPIs, sales management, change-process for under-performing teams/businesses, and building teams from the ground up. These passions, plus the love of my family, are what drive me to get out of bed every morning and create one of the best cultures in the industry.
